We are seeking an experienced Global Real Estate Leader specializing in Global Real Estate and Construction Management. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive project management expertise to oversee and elevate our organization’s real estate and construction initiatives on a global scale. As a GRE leader, you will play a key role in guiding project leaders and teams, planning and managing complex projects, and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Preferred Experience:
Global project management experience with a track record of successful projects
Advanced knowledge of sustainable building practices and green construction.
Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in real estate and construction in US and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility assessments and strategic planning to execution and completion.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Develop and implement detailed project plans for global real estate and construction initiatives, including cost estimates and scheduling.
Budget and Cost control:
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
Conduct regular cost analyses and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Oversee project budgets to ensure financial adherence and cost-effectiveness.
Perform regular cost analysis and risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and initiating corrective actions.
Site Selection and Acquisition:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify suitable locations for real estate development projects.
Lead negotiations and secure property acquisitions in line with organizational objectives.
Maintain lease negotiations and lease agreements
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about local and international regulations impacting real estate and construction projects.
Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and other legal requirements for US and global projects.
Risk Mitigation and Resolution:
Anticipate and address potential project risks, providing proactive solutions.
Resolve complex issues that may arise during projects.
Implement strategies for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Executive Reporting:
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to executive leadership.
Provide insights and recommendations based on project performance analysis.
Change Management:
Lead change management strategies to support internal teams through real estate and construction project updates, system integrations, and process changes.
Effectively communicate project-related changes and build internal alignment by engaging stakeholders early and continuously throughout each phase of the project.
Ensure that all transitions and changes are smooth by providing the necessary training and resources to organizational teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and nurture relationships across departments, working closely with stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment on real estate initiatives.
Influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving collaboration and ensuring project success.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that goals are met and that all teams are supported throughout the project lifecycle.
n- Bachelor’s degree minimum OR a minimum of 10+ years of experience in global real estate management with a focus on strategic planning, acquisitions, leasing, and construction management required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in global real estate and construction management
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- 8+ years of working experience specifically in global real estate, construction and program management.
- Strong understanding of international real estate markets, zoning laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction and development projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and government entities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar real estate budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing change management initiatives, including internal communications and stakeholder alignment during organizational transitions.
- Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams driving effective, timely collaboration across departments such as Finance, Legal, Engineering and Operations.
- Experience with sustainability and environmental impact initiatives in real estate.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices.
- Proficiency with real estate management software and tools (e.g., MRI, Yardi, etc.).
- Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or other relevant real estate certifications.
