R&D Engineer – Enabling Technologies

At Alice & Bob, we’re building the world’s first fault-tolerant quantum computer, powered by our unique cat qubit architecture. Our team of passionate scientists and engineers is at the forefront of quantum computing, working together to achieve breakthroughs that will shape the future of technology.

To achieve this, our enabling technologies (like control electronics, microwave components, and cryogenic systems) must evolve to match the complexity of scaling quantum computing. That’s where you come in.

As an R&D Engineer, you’ll be a key player in driving the evolution of these critical systems. Working closely with physicists, production teams, and external partners, you’ll lead projects to benchmark, select, and deploy innovative technologies. Your work will be vital in transforming our systems to meet industrial-scale performance and reliability standards.
