We are seeking a HR Intern – Summer 2025 at our Broomfield, CO location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the workforce to increase the company’s customer satisfaction and productivity
  • Partner with line leadership to drive business performance through contemporary processes in areas such as compensation, generalist, employee relations, staffing, and organizational development. 
  • Work on a special project that culminates in a presentation to our top business leaders in the organization. Our plan is to quickly position top talent in strategic leadership roles, as you prove successful in your assignments.


YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program – Graduating on/after December 2024
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)


WE VALUE:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or human resources industrial Relations in an accredited college or university preferred
  • Obtain a bachelor’s degree between December 2024 and June 2025 preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through university clubs, volunteer organizations, and other extra-curricular activities
  • Prior HR Internships preferred
