Marketing and PR Manager (f/m/d)
eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.
We are looking for a Marketing and PR Manager (f/m/d).
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing and PR Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role in driving eleQtron’s marketing and PR initiatives. You will work closely with external PR agencies, facilitate content creation, manage social media posts, and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms to support eleQtron’s brand visibility and growth in the tech and deep-tech sectors. Depending on your experience, you will work on one or more of the following tasks:
- Act as the primary liaison to external PR agencies, ensuring the timely delivery of press releases, media outreach, and storytelling efforts
- Oversee management of eleQtron’s website ensuring regular updates, user-friendly navigation and engaging content
- Manage eleQtron’s social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, ensuring regular and engaging posts to boost brand visibility
- Support the planning and execution of PR-related events, including fairs, workshops and conferences
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, presentations ensuring alignment with brand image
- Track and report on the performance of marketing and PR activities, adjusting strategies to improve engagement
Required skills:
- Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing and PR roles, preferably within the tech or startup sectors
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Experience with CMS tools (especially WordPress) and basic knowledge of SEO
- Experience in planning and executing PR events
- Business fluent in English and German
