We are seeking an experienced Pricing Strategist to design and optimize pricing models for our AI-based SaaS products and deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategies for cloud-based AI products, annual licensing, and on-premise GPU deployments. You will play a key role in defining consumption-based pricing models (e.g., token-based, compute-driven) and aligning them to diverse deployment scales and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Model Design: Develop and refine multi-dimensional pricing structures for AI products:
- Consumption-based models (e.g., tokens or compute time).
- Annual licensing for cloud and on-premise deployments.
- Scalable pricing frameworks for large (billion-parameter) vs. small models.
- GPU-specific pricing strategies, considering single vs. multi-GPU deployments.
- Cloud & Marketplace Alignment:
- Define optimized pricing strategies for hyperscaler marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ensure competitive positioning across cloud platforms and on-premise scenarios.
- Partner & Channel Incentives:
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to structure incentive models for:
- Channel partners.
- System integrators.
- Hyperscaler alliances.
- Design incentives to maximize adoption and revenue growth while maintaining profitability.

- Benchmarking & Strategy:
- Analyze competitive products and market trends to ensure our AI offerings remain cost-efficient and attractive.
- Implement pricing optimizations based on user behavior, compute usage, and deployment scale.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Finance, and GTM teams to align pricing strategies with product goals.
- Support sales teams in communicating and executing pricing plans effectively.
- Revenue Operations & CRM Implementation
- Establish robust monitoring systems for lead generation, deal pipeline, and revenue tracking.
- Collaborate on implementing a CRM or alternative tools to improve transparency in lead-to-revenue cycles.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend adjustments for improved sales efficiency and ROI.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, ideally for AI-driven products or cloud-based solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing multi-tiered pricing models (consumption-based, licensing, and compute-specific).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise deployments involving GPUs.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including channel partners, system integrators, and hyperscaler incentive structures.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to forecast pricing impact.
- Ability to balance technical, strategic, and financial considerations in pricing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex pricing models into clear, actionable strategies.
