We are seeking a dedicated and solution-oriented IT Administrator (m/f/d) to manage and develop our IT infrastructure. Join our team and play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems!

• Be the first point of contact for our Q.ANTies regarding all IT-related issues
• You will handle and resolve IT support requests in our ticketing system
• You will be responsible for setting up and managing authorization systems
• You’ll handle tasks in a Microsoft Windows network and the associated infrastructure
• You will take care about the Client Management for Windows and Apple
• You’ll  implement and continuously develop IT security measures
• You will actively contribute to improving our internal IT service processes

Your profile

• You have completed IT-related training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or have comparable work experience
• Ideally you have first professional experience in hardware and software as well as in the administration of networks, system technology and operating systems
• You are familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Ideally you gained already some experience in Microsoft M365 and Entra ID
• You’re service-oriented and have a solution-oriented approach
• You’re a team player with a high level of self-motivation
• You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
