Your future responsibilities

  • Evaluation of new projects in terms of feasibility and resources
  • Introduction of new technologies, flows and products
  • Fabrication project management 
  • Build quality procedures and control tables
  • Interface between internal/external partners to the clean room team
  • Interaction and communication with the process team, PMs, business development, QM, etc.

Your profile

  • Master / PhD in relevant engineering field or Bachelor with equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of work experience, at least partially in a semiconductor industrial company
  • At least 3 years of experience as a process integration engineer or equivalent (quality/inline/several process departments)
  • Experience in non-CMOS technologies, such as MEMS, photonics, III-V.
  • Experience in research environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High organization and methodology skills
  • Flexibility and fast learning abilities
  • Ability to lead teams and motivate team members
  • High proficiency in English

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group E (E 3 salary = EUR 4.135, paid 14 times a year) based on 38,5 hours per week). For this position we offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your experience and qualifications, starting with a minimum salary of EUR 65.000 (annual, based on an All-in contract and bonus).
