As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Head of People and play a crucial role in the end-to-end hiring process while contributing to projects that elevate our recruitment function to new heights.
n- Hiring Briefs: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, finalize job specifications, and publish job postings on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Networking, and industry-specific events, to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates through resume screening and interviews to ensure they meet our standards and culture.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and candidates, providing guidance to Hiring Managers and maintaining a network of potential talent.
- Become a Real Business Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their department’s strategic goals and staffing needs. Anticipate future talent requirements and proactively provide insights and solutions to help them build high-performing teams, thus serving as a true business partner within the organization.
- Interview Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth interview process for all parties involved.
- Candidate Close: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our value proposition to negotiate and close candidates effectively.
- Data Management: Maintain a well-organized ATS to enable effective data analysis and reporting.
- Academic Partnerships: Build partnerships with academic organizations and schools to identify and engage with emerging talent.
- Recruitment Projects: Own recruitment projects such as Employer Branding, Candidate Surveys, and Market Mapping to enhance our overall recruitment function.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in a scale-up or a fast growing environment.
- Proven knowledge of HR and management Best Practices.
- Strong skills in change management, problem-solving, negotiation, and people management.
- Fluency in English.
- Plus: Proficiency in French, background in technical recruitment, experience recruiting for the life sciences industry.
