Quandela is a European start up that provides photonic quantum computers that are modular, scalable, energy-efficient and accessible both on the cloud and on premise. Our team specialises in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications. We offer a wide range of services, from developing the most efficient and brightest single photons sources, to creating algorithms for quantum computers and providing cloud quantum computing solutions.
Quandela is seeking a talented and motivated HRIS Project & HR Communication Manager intern to join our team. As an HRIS Project & HR Communication Manager intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our HR team to support the set-up of a new HRIS system, work on the onbaording processes and drive effective HR communication initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in the implementation, enhancement, and troubleshooting of a new HRIS system (Lucca).
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports from the HRIS system for various HR processes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and execute effective HR communication strategies and initiatives.
- Create and update HR communications materials, including employee welcome book and digital content.
- Create content to develop the Employer Brand on Social Media (LinkedIn, Insta, .. ), and relationships with the academic ecosystem, based on defined agenda
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR events, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in HRIS systems and HR communication is a plus.
- Passion for HR and interest in contributing to the development of HR processes and strategies.
