We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant Intern in our Arlington, VA location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Analysis- Collaborate with clients to understand their engineering and R&D processes, technology utilization, and business challenges.
  • Research and Documentation- Conduct in-depth analysis and document current workflows, technology infrastructures, and pain points in a meticulous manner.
  • Solution Scoping- Assist in drafting detailed scopes that can be leveraged by sales and solutions teams to propose fitting solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, solutions, and technical teams) to align on the problem statements and possible solutions.
  • Presentation Preparation- Help prepare and support the delivery of presentations and solution proposals to clients.
  • Market & Industry Research- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to engineering and R&D processes, and report key findings


YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD Program required
  • Graduating on/after December 2024
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status) OR  


WE VALUE:
  • Masters in physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with engineering and R&D processes
  • Knowledge or interest in consulting, business analysis, and technical solutions.
  • An understanding of business analysis, market research, and technical requirements scoping.
  • Understanding of and experience with computational tools for chemical or numerical simulations

Compensation & Benefits:
Non-Incentive Eligible
$21/Hr. – $41/Hr. (based on degree program enrollment)
