At QuantWare, the world’s leading producer of commercial quantum hardware, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team.
The impact of the role
To expand our team we’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer based in The Netherlands. In this role you will be directly impacting the revenue of the company through your technical abilities working in pre-sales as well as post-sales mode. You’ll be working with prospective customers, advising them on the right quantum strategy and designing the right quantum solution for them. You’ll own the customer success mission and assist newly converted customers in realising their quantum roadmap. You’ll also engage with the existing customer base to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities. Finally, you’ll act as a bridge between the customers and the product team to define our own product roadmap. You will be representing the company during events to engage with existing customers & partners and to build new relationships. You will have the opportunity to work on relevant areas such as pricing, product, and customer relationship management in a highly entrepreneurial setting.
What are you going to do?
Advise prospective customers on the right quantum strategy
Design the right quantum solution and assist in closing opportunities
Guide newly converted customers in realising their quantum roadmap.
Own the existing customer base to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
Be the voice of the customer and influence QuantWare’s product roadmap & strategy.
Represent the company during events to engage with existing customers & partners and to build new relationships.

The ideal candidate…

You have a masters degree or PHD in physics
Interest or affinity with quantum computing
Customer obsession – doing what’s right for the customer by applying your knowledge
Attention to detail and well-organised
A hands-on mentality and happy to execute responsibilities company wide
Excellent communication skills
Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel
