Working student (m/f/d) in Office Coordination & Administration
Your mission
We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a well-maintained, efficient, and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in office management and administration. Your tasks will essentially include:
- Organize and maintain all common office areas to ensure a welcoming appearance for employees and visitors
- Manage office inventory and guarantee all supplies are adequately stocked (incl. ordering and research of new deals and suppliers)
- Manage outgoing mail and shipments, log and distribute deliveries internally, including coordinating with couriers and postal services
- Manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper storage and retrieval
- Support the coordination of office events, team meetings, and activities
- Support the Operations department in day-to-day operations and administration
Your profile
- You are a student enrolled at a German university, ideally studying an operational subject, e.g. economics, business administration or law
- You can ensure a good transport connection to Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg, as your activities should be carried out regularly on site in the office
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- True startup mindset; hands-on, driven, resilient and reliable
- Very good written and verbal communication skills would be an advantage
- Excellent command of English is necessary, German a big plus
